Refund policy
Our merchandise has a 30-day return policy, from the day your product was delivered, with proof of purchase from BitBunker. BitBunker reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase from BitBunker.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, there is a 1% restocking fee for returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will have the option to select a full refund or an exchange. If a refund is selected, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@bitbunkertools.com.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact our Customer Support team right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach us at info@bitbunkertools.com.
Exceptions
BitBunker reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
